The goal is to read out loud along with the narrator
starting with the "very slow" video, to improve your American English accent.
Whispering works!!
But let's face it, it won't be possible to listen and read out loud in situations like in a bus, a train or when there are people around,
unless they are willing to listen to your progress. :)
But as a matter of fact, the words are formed by the lips the teeth and the tongue.
Therefore if you listen to the narrator with your headphones and whispering along with her/him,
it is a perfectly valid training without annoying anyone.
